At LaJobi, we take product safety seriously. That’s why all of our products not only meet the government CPSC (US Consumer Product Safety Commission), and ASTM (The American Society for Testing & Materials) standards, they are also JPMA (Juvenile Products Manufacturers Association) certified.

How does this process work? The ASTM International develops and publishes voluntary consensus standards from CPSC mandated standards. Once those standards are published, JPMA industry members, consumer groups and staff from the CPSC are involved in implementation of those standards.

To become JPMA Certified, a product must be tested by an independent, certified testing facility for compliance with specific CPSC and ASTM requirements. If a product passes these tests, JPMA allows the manufacturer to label it with the JPMA Certified Seal.
