2. When should I move my child out of the crib?
-The recommended age to move a child from a crib to a toddler bed or a youth bed is when a child is able to climb out or reaches the height of 35 inches (90 centimeters), which ever comes first.

3. What is a Babi Italia / ISSI 3in1 crib?
-The Babi Italia / ISSI 3in1 cribs converts from a crib to a toddler bed (guard rail sold separately through Special Orders) to a day bed without re-assembly.

4. What is a Babi Italia / ISSI Lifestyle® crib?
It converts from a crib to a toddler bed (Lifestyle guard rail sold separately through Special Orders) to a day bed to a full size bed (includes a footboard and headboard – Lifestyle bed rails sold separately through Special Orders).

Note: The dropside does not move up and down, but not to worry because this crib was designed so that you can easily pick-up your bundle of joy without having to adjust the dropside and it meets all safety standards. The mattress spring still adjusts to three different heights (as he/she grows, you lower the mattress spring so that he/she is still safe from climbing out).

5. What standards do Babi Italia / ISSI cribs meet?
- All of Babi Italia / ISSI cribs meet the CPSC (Consumer Products Safety Commission) standards.

6. Are Babi Italia / ISSI products warranted?
-We have a 1-year limited warranty. We will replace any missing or broken part within that period for no charge. A copy of the receipt of purchase will be required.

7. Is the paint used on Babi Italia / ISSI products safe for exposure for children?
- The paint used on Babi Italia / ISSI products is safe, non-toxic and lead-free.

8. If there are items I like, but want them in another finish, other than what they are available in, or if I would like something unfinished, can I special order that from Babi Italia / ISSI?
- There are no other finishes other than what is specified on the website. You may double check with your near Babies “R” Us store for a complete list of what they carry. We do not do individual consumer special orders.

9. What is the best way to clean my Babi Italia / ISSI furniture?
-The best way to clean your Babi Italia / ISSI furniture is to use a soft, damp cloth with mild soap (any soap that is recommended for wood products). Avoid excess moisture.
